Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision Coverage
Coverage is available for full-time employees and their qualified dependents, including domestic partners and their children, from the first day of employment. Salary-based employee premiums are made through payroll deductions with pre-tax dollars.
Life and Group Accident Insurance
We automatically provide life and group accident insurance to full-time employees. Employees can also enroll themselves and eligible dependents in supplemental life insurance and group accident insurance.
Short-term Disability Benefits
We also provide short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees may enroll for long-term disability coverage to continue a portion of their income if they become medically disabled for longer periods of time.
Nielsen provides employees with paid time away from work. The amount of time off available each year varies with length of service.
We provide a 401(k) Plan with a company match. Employees are eligible to enroll on their first day of work and Nielsen matches $.50 per dollar contributed up to a total Nielsen match of 3 percent.
